Default Opening Flash movie alone. - 12-05-2005 , 06:31 PM

I have created a small flash movie but when I click the link to open it, the
movie is large and on a seperate page. but I just want to open the movie as it
is, at its original size. I have tried to link it up to the movie file but this
is what happens. Is there any special way to do this?

Embed the swf within an html page.

if you link directly to the .swf file, the file will open at whatever the size of the browser window that opens.
To control the size of the movie, you need to embed it in an html page, and link to this html page.

In Flash, under publish settings, you can choose to publish only the swf file, or also the html file. Then you can choose whether you want the movie
size to adapt to the browser window (that's what will happen if you choose 100% percents for the size) or if you want it to be fixed (this will happen
if you choose pixel size).

I would like the browser to shrink to the size of the movie, preferably with no scroll bars. Anyway of doing this?
