Opening Excel Worksheets

I would like to know if there is a way to open a particular worksheet (I.e.
sheet3) in an Excel shreadsheet that has been saved as a web page (in Excel).
I am trying to hyperlink from a page and open to the sheet2 or sheet3, not
just sheet1.

Try this by adding is suffix "#Sheet2" to your URL.
