Open file via DW from hyperlink

I have a intranet web page that shows a list of all .asp and .htm files from my web server. Now I want each filename listed to be hyperlinked so that the specific file will open specifically in Dreamweaver MX 2004. I'm not talking changing my local Folder Options...but force the browser (via the link) to specifically open the selected file in DW. Does DW accept command line arguments? I can open the application with no problem...but it's passing the file to DW that's giving me an issue.

I know this might not be completely related to DW, but just wondering if anyone has experience doing this successfully.
