Open Default Folder

This has bugged me for months. When I open DW and open a file, DW
always defaults to C:\documents and settings\sites. All my web sites
have been located in another folder, not even in the C:\documents and
settings folder at all. It is another location on my C drive. It takes
8 mouse clicks to get there. How do I change the default folder DW
opens when I open a file? I'm using XP Home.

I just installed DW at work on w2k, and it remembers, and opens the
folder I want, not C:\documents and settings.
