Open and collapse- Please help

Hi,
I would like to create the following:
When clicking on a sentence it will open an explanation that pushes the rest
of the sentences down. another click on the sentence will collapse the
explanation and return the rest of the sentences to its original places.

see example below:
+ line 1
- line 2
line 2a
line 2b
line 2c
+ line 3
+ line 4
