Online donation

A school I am doing a site for is interested in being able to accept alumni
donations through their site.

Does anyone have any experience with this, and any solutions/ideas to
recommend? Could be handled through the site, or outsourced. For example I came
across a site called acceptiva that will handle the card processing but make it
look like your own page.

Any input is much appreciated. Thanks.

The simplest way I know is to set it up through PayPal. They can set up an
account, then you go to Merchant Services and set up a DONATE NOW button.
Simple as can be.
