Online ASP DWTemplate Editor

Is there anything like DWT Editor
(http://www.jtr.de/scripting/php/dwteditor/index_eng.html) in ASP to
edit dreamweaver pages? Reason being, the server is ASP friendly.

That or a free windows front end?
