One of those "send this page to a friend forms"

Does anyone know how to to create one of these?? Are they hard to create?
(working in PHP)

Also, do you think anyone actually uses them on websites?

No they are not.
In each page that you want to have that function, have a form somewhere with a hidden variable that will contain the URL of that perticular page. There should be another input place for them to enter an email address and a submit button, the form method=post. For action="sendtofriend.php", where sendtofriend.php will contain the script to send the mal.
