I know this is off the topic, but this seems to be the only forum to get
helpfull info. Flash PLayer is causing IE to crash after I log into Facebook.
I have downloaded the lastest Flash Player, uninstalled and reinstalled, but
nothing helps. Can anyone provide any information on why this is happening?

If you're using a laptop, is the fan in overdrive? I recently had problems
with Flash not responding and killing the browser. I asked for help on this
forum and others but got no help. I eventually had to clean and reseat my
heatsink for a different reason and it fixed the problem up. Heatsinks on
laptops seem to be more prone to clogging up and I have fixed four laptops
with heatsink problems all within the last six months or so.

Funnily enough I had the same answer (and the same problem) for Dreamweaver
for another forum poster yesterday...

HTH,

Bruce

Thanks. I'll give it a try, but Facebook is the only site that makes IE crash. And it's only after I log in. Thanks again.

If it only Facebook then I doubt that this would be your issue. For me it
was all sites.
