Number bullet problem

I am having a problem with numbered bullets showing up correctly in Internet
Explorer. They show up fine in the dreamweaver mock up, but when the page is
viewed in IE the numbers get cut off half way. I can indent extra and that
fixes the problem but I would really rather not have to do that. Any ideas on
how to fix this??? Thanks

It would help to see an example of your code. Can you post this page
online?

This could be a line-height issue or a margin/padding issue, or ... ?

Sorry its called and Order List not numbered bulltes.

<ol> (ordered list) makes numbers by default (or letters, or roman
numerals, etc.), while <ul> makes bullets. I don't know if you saw my other
post in reply to your original question, but it would help if we can see
this page online, or if you could provide a short, pertinent example of
code.

Whew! That's a lot to chew on! That's why I said "short, pertinent
example of code," too.

On its own, a simple pattern of ...

.... will show its numbers just fine. Almost certainly, the clipping you're
seeing is due to style(s) provided by the external CSS document, here ...
