NO access to Database

Cannot get access to Database (Cold Fusion).
As described in the example Café Townsend:
1. load view.cfm
2. in the bindings (database) window I click the plus (+) and
choose
3. Microsoft Access Connection
4. in the Panel Microsoft Access Connection I enter
5. Data Source Name: connTownsend
6. Database file: D:\ Cafe-Townsend\date\tutorial.mdb
7. OK --> but no reply
I try Database file: D:\ Cafe-Townsend\date\tutorial.mdb
6. Database file: www.mydomain.de\tutorial.md
Again
7. OK --> but no reply

Who can give me a TIP or Help.
