THE NEXT STEP

I am a firefighter and in my spare time have designed and devoloped a
website for the Fire Department

I feel pretty comfortable using Dreamweaver mx and along the way and as my
site has grown I have used abit of Flash and Fireworks.

I am now at the stage where I want to introduce a form and make my site more
of interactive so we can use the website not only as a fire prevention tool
for the general public to view but something we can use at work as a tool
for filling in forms . leave passes, inventory's etc etc.

I am not sure which way to now go. should I learn how to use PERL CGI, ASP,
ASP NET, JAVA. etc etc

I would appreciate any advise as to which way to go next
