Newbie question

I want to embed or link to a quicktime video file for my site. I also want the
user to be able to resize the video window to their preference. I have fugured
out how to import and embed a quicktime file into a dreamweaver pade but I
can't figure out how a user would be able to resize it.

Can anyone give me some advice?

I think then you can't embed it. Let the user download it?
