newbie needs help ...

Hi - I'm painfully new to this website building mullarky and would
apreciate any comments or feedabck on the site I've created -
especially regarding the following problems:

I'm using the layer snap extension from studio 7 and trying to snap
the 'loading' layer to the table beneath it - but for the life of me I
can't get it to snap 100%. Resize exposes the table beneath it -
despite me having set up the snap on resize as well as load - any
ideas?

Also I'm using the FlevOOware slideshow I've preloaded the images but
for some reason it takes an age for the slideshow to start - the
transition kind of gradually build up pace - but I need it to start
more quickly so the viewer isn't left hanging around ...

Any comments, suggestions or ideas would be very well received and
allow me to finally get some sleep....Thanks, Patrick.
