Newbie:I'm stumped

Hi I wonder if anyone can help me out here as I am new to Webpage design and
still in my infancy stages and practising on my own website.

The problem I have is I'm working on a page that host my Webcam and I wish
to put three buttons on that page adjacent to the webcam applet frame.
The buttons would consist of...
1. MM Flash
2. Java Script
3. Java Client
What would happen is the visitor would have the option to select between
Flash or Java but I'm having problems with the command or href routine.
The webcam has a remote change page but this can be only accessed via
admin(me) How do I make a link on my webcam page to the admin page sequence
changer but at the same time staying on the webcam page and not href to the
admin page.?
