New User looking for simple help in Dreamweaver

I applicative in advance for this question, but I'm very new at using
this application.

I’m trying to set up a searchable text field
Within the text field: you enter an employees name and it will search
and pull up the information that is currently located in Microsoft
Outlook

Any help and or guidance with be very much appreciated.
