new text without new page

tell me how i can do this plz.... i dont know if i need to do it in dreamweaver
or fireworks

i have four buttons, i want it so when you click on one it doesnt load a whole
new page, it just changes the text in a box, the rest of the page stays
there.....

what i have done is here http://illinoisgolfexpo.com/qhi.htm , i did that in
fireworks... if i have to make a seperate page for each tab, then ....thats gay

Why? Most people who ask this question are trying to make a whole website
in a single page - is that what you are thinking?
