New To Dreamweaver Need Some Help Please!

I am new to Dreamweaver MX 2004 and I am having trouble lining up my graphics
on my template page. I have lines that intersect in 2 places and some are in
the backround repeating and the others are just graphics. I have been working
on this for days tring to figure it out. I'm not a quiter but I'am all out of
options. Thats why I signed up to this form hoping that one of you Dreamweaver
Veterans could give me some answers. I know it can be done because I was close
a couple of times but when one lines up the others don't. It also moves when
you resize the browser window too. My link to the website is

OK - here's what you do.

Open the page. Select the main table. Remove ALL widths and heights by
clicking on the respective icons on the Property inspector. This is a good
start. Now, set cellspacing and cellpadding to zero, using the respective
fields on the Property inspector. You're almost home.

Finally, make the body background position 20px, and the .footer background
position 0 -3px, and you're done (except in Opera). Note that you have a
bit of background color to the right edge of that central graphic with the
vertical blue lines.
