Need some code

Im sorry, I know Im stoopid, I know I asked this question before please
forgive me.
I need to make a "page top" from an image, and don't know how to do it with
raw code, I can only do it with the insert anchor
Is what I need is the code that will work in all browsers.
Jolly nice if some nice chap or chapett could tell me

Add your anchor to your page, insert your image and use the point to
file icon in the pi, click and hold then drag it out to your anchor with
your image selected.
