Naming form fields - names are coming up unnamed invalidation

I have named all my form fields, given them unique names, but when I go to
Behaviours, Validate Form, they all come up as unnamed.
why is this, and what can I do to fix it?
I have looked in my code, and the names for each field are there and correct.

I'm really battling to get the form validation thing working...

Is there anywhere where we can see the offending page?
