MySql connection error message "An unidentified errorhas occurred" - 03-30-2009 , 11:38 AM

I am trying to connect the Mysql database with dreamweaver but I keep getting
the following error message:
"An unidentified error has occurred". any idea what is wrong? Any help will be
appreciated.
