My Page jumps to the right by abour 3 pixels

I am not sure what is causing this but it always happens to me. I am using
dreamweaver MX, and you can see on this mockup
http://www.burnttoastdesign.net/roadhouse/index1.htm

It loads fine but then hit the refresh button and it will pop over to the
right. I looked at the code but cannot see anything that would cause this.
Any help or suggestions.

I can't reproduce your problem in IE6, Opera or Firefox (all latest
versions/patches).
