My Home Page cannot load

I have a problem with www.scctechnologies.com the red cross appear for some
peoples but me I can see the web page but not some other persons!

Why?

Please tell why!

Every image path in it is pointing to "My Documents" on your computer.

Do you have a "site" defined in Dreamweaver for this project?
Is this page saved to inside of that site's Local Site Folder?
Are these images inside of this site's Local Site Folder?

Or- have you dismissed the popup nag screen about "this image is outside of
your site" each time you placed an image?

And- (to see if a quick find and replace could help)
What folder is the Local Site Folder, and where is it in relation to "My
Documents"

also, my browser isn't set to deal with whatever .m3u file extension
denotes.

You have right answer to my questions and its sound logical. Then I will try
to apply that right now!

I feel small in my shoes

Also can you take a look about my non profit site www.godsgateways.com because
I cannot size correctly the table at web page and also my border on the left
side cannot be moved. And if i would like to add a search box into my nav bar
how I can do that without to broke all my page. I am little bit confuse.
Because sometime when I change something to my web page with creation mode then
that broke the page!!
