My code change

I write my code and when i up by FTP to server the code change, example in that
code i have the line
"//<script language="javascript" src="/js/functions.js"></script>
<script language="javascript" src="/js/menu.js"></script>"
and it change into this
"//<script language="javascript" src="/js/functionsr.js***"></script>
<script language="javascript" src="/js/menu.js"></script>"
***an "r" is added in ../js/functions
and things like this, in a link it change from "index.html" into this
"indexd.html" a "d" is added and i dont know why.

i save the original work in my DD and drag and drop whit explorer to the a:
disk because if i save as, it will corrupt the links.....

Please help me, i need an answer.

Try setting your FTP client to PASV mode before uploading.
