MX 2004 Re-Installation: Mac OS 10.2.8

I had been running Dreamweaver MX 2004 on my Mac (under 10.2.8) when I tried to
upgrade my OS to the crazy "Panther" system. I didn't like it, so I moved back
to Jaguar, and Dreamweaver was accidentally deleted. I've built my system back
to 10.2.8 (to meet the operating requirements), and now when I try to install
Dreamweaver again, it works, but when I try to open it, it won't run.

Does anyone have any advice for me?
