MX 2004 Issue w/Windows XP?? - 07-14-2008 , 05:31 PM

Each time I launch DW, it tries to open twice and then locks up. Once I shut it down and re-open it's OK. I have uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail.

Anyone else seen this issue?
