MX 2004 & Extensions

Is it just me but does MX 2004 on the Mac OSX 10.3 have trouble loading
extensions. Extensions that worked under MX will not load properly in MX
2004. Has MX 2004 changed the way in handles these in terms of the directory
structure ?

Anyone else experiencing these problems or is it just me ?
