Multiple submits using just one button

I have some data, I display using a recorset. I display the data using a normal
repeat from Dreamweaver MX. Within the repeat I have a form with a checkbox.
How could I have a button out of the form which I click and send all the values
within the repeat to the database. Example: COD CLASS
SECTION SELECTION 001 Computer
Application 01 Checbox 002
Programming App 02 Checbox 003
Visual Design 05 Checbox Submit

Put the form and submit button outside of the repeat region.
