Mozilla vs. IE

I previously designed our website http://www.designstylesinc.com for Internet
Explorer (I now know, bad idea). Since our launch we have switched our primary
browser over to Mozilla and now I'm running into a glitch. When viewed in IE,
the images that appear randomly (.SWF) appear at full size. When viewed in
Mozilla, they appear much smaller in size. You can see this happening on the
homepage and on a majority of the subsequent pages (except Portfolio) on the
left hand side. Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide.
