Default Mozilla and Opera - 11-23-2004 , 03:40 PM

Hi
I am making a website in DWMX2004 and have applied CSS borders to individual
cells within a table.
My problem is that the border render great in Safari but trun Black in
Mozilla/Opera and IE.

Is there a workaround for this?

Pls show code or URL to the page.
And IMHO, forget about Opera.

Hi
Actually, not moments after writing that I found a fix.

However I have another horrible problem.

I am using CSS layers to create a navigation system and the layers are not
positioning themselves reliably across different browsers.
