on this site http://www.gigamer.com when you go over the writing when on the games page a litle window comes up describing the game does anyone know how to do that?:confused;

Use the alt tag:

alt='Junior Jack - Stupid Disco'

Don't use the alt attribute (it's not a tag). Use the title attribute. The
only browser that shows the alt attribute's contents is IE. The title
attribute is what was intended to function like this.
