modifying Dreamweaver Defaults

Does anyone know how to change the default HTML document code in Dreamweaver
MX? I want to add an non-caching Meta tag code so it appears in all my new
files, but after searching all the tech docs came up with only solutions on how
to do this in Dreamweaver version 3.

The default document they discuss in version 3 doesn't exist in MX.

Any idea how to change the defaults? Similar to changing Microsoft Word .dot
files.... that's what I'm looking for.
