Missing Buttons

HELP - A fairly new user. I have just designed a really basic page which I am
unable to upload. The problem is the buttons dont appear on the page. The
buttons I am using are the "DIAMOND SPINNER" and I have left the text and size
in default. Please can someone explain why these buttons are not appearing.

It appears that either they're not uploaded, not uploaded to the proper
directory, or it could be that you're on a case-sensitive server and the
file name or directory name isn't 100% correct.
