Message board integration

Hello everyone,

Im about ready to upload my first website (Im a recent beginner with
Dreamweaver MX 2004) but want to include a simple comments board - just a
simple one thread type of thing.

Does anyone know of a free or cheap board that i can install onto one of the
sites web page so it fits in with the rest of the sites visuals? The site is
for a band im working with and the image of the site is important to them - the
artwork from their debut record is heavily incorporated into the rest of the
site so im trying to find a board that will let people add a few words but not
ruin the sites look.

Having read several previous threads on message boards i am aware this all
depends on the server language used - the site is currently without hosting and
is therefore unrestricted to what type of language is used.
