menu problem with IE

menu problems with IE connected with spry - see site:
1. http://www.whatwomenwant-tv.com/index.html (horizontal menu bar - will not
display fully, probably to do with flash)
2. http://www.whatwomenwant-tv.com/about.html (horizontal menu bar swerves to
the left)
3. http://www.whatwomenwant-tv.com/stre...iewswomen.html (vertical menu
bars in questions are all over the page)
