Masked Date Field in ASP form

Is there a way within DWMX to display a submit form, let's say the 'date'
field, with part of the field already completed such as "__/__/____" for the
day, month and year that will need to be completed. The form is then
submitted to an access db and inserted into a date/time field.

I know that macromedia.com has an extension that will format a text field
into either SSN, phone #, or date. It will automatically format it when the
field loses focus.
