Manage Sites very slow

I am pretty sure this probably has nothing to do with DW directly but I was
hoping someone might be able to guide me in the right direction. This seems to
have just started and about the only thing I have done to my computer is add
more memory (4G) and a larger hard drive. If anything, I would have thought
this would have speed things up a bit. Anyways, when I launch "Site Manager" it
takes about 20 seconds before I see the dialog box. it used to be more like 2-3
seconds. Any ideas what this is taking so long.
