Manage site to a remote site

I've finished wy first website and I want to send it to the provider but
everytime I try I have the answer FTP access denied. When I tried with the FTP
programm it works,
I have to use numbers instead of FTP address because I don't know how to
change the location of the provider of my name.com.

Where do I have to look htere is nothing on the help menu...

Your FTP should look like this:
Host: yourdot.com --w/o the slash
Folder: /www/ or /public_html/ --etc
User: somelogin
Password: *********

If it doesnt work, post again
