Making a text NOT selectable by CSS

-I have to set a CSS stile that will be applied on an areea that contains text,
this text is a link, I wan tto make the text not selectable so users can see
the normal cursor or hand cursor (like on any link) when mouse is over the text.
-How can I make a link have diferent rollover color then the default rollover
color on my page? (by CSS)
