Making small window sizes pop up

I have an image that when clicked, I'd want it to open a new window, smaller in
size (to my dimension specs), without the browser menu bars on top. Just a
simple, small window. Does anyone out there know how to make that little
window?

Have you checked out the Open Browser Window behavior in DW?

And if it's a graphic image you're opening in the new window, check out
these two extensions (which do pretty much the same thing). They'll open a
graphic and automatically hug the edges, which is what you're trying to do.
