Main page not showing in Netscape

This is the first website I've ever designed: www.thefamilyhopeproject.org. It
shows up great in MSN explorer, IE explorer, but when I try Netscape, it adds
the following to my url address "hopeBody.css". I've even tried to replace that
with index.php but it defaults again to my css. I tried reloading my CSS to my
template and updating all my files it affects. Same problem. What am I doing
wrong?

Try removing the extrat two instances of HopeBody.css and HopeMain.css and check your relative url.

Looks like it should be /Templates/HopeBody.css and /Templates/HopeMain.css.
