Thanks David,
I have used your for a long time, and have been to the macromedia website
to check for updates on different occasions, I have tried to install
version 1.2.1 a few times over the last few days but cannot get it to
work, ( no submit button). I have redownloaded it with no joy either.

I'm not sure why that's happening. For some reason, Dreamweaver 8 doesn't
create the submit button when you access if from the Insert menu.

However, if you access it from the Common category of the Insert bar, it
works perfectly - submit button and all.

I was aware of the problem with the insert menu method, but was up to my
eyeballs writing my latest tome. I've got a bit more spare time now, so
I'll see if any light can be shed on the issue. In the meantime, I suggest
using the Insert bar method.

Yes, but for some weird reason, the OK and Cancel buttons don't appear
if you access it from the Insert menu. These should be generated
automatically by Dreamweaver, unless MM has changed the architecture of
extension dialog box construction. It's most odd.

Murray is allegedly a lot older than everybody, although it may be just
a story that he spreads about himself. It's very easy to recognize the
Lorem and More icon, though. It's such a tasteful combination of orange
and purple.

Meanwhile, investigations are currently being made into the mystery of
the missing buttons.

If you ask me "Murray" isn't human. He knows too damn much about this macromedia stuff. I think he's macromedia's version of Big Blue. Everything we know about him is a lie....
