Looking for Slideshow / Image Gallery script...

I'm looking for an image gallery / slideshow mix script with preview pane,
like :

MAIN IMAGE
(thumb 1) (thumb 2) (thumb 3) etc.

....where clicking a thumb changes the main image, but ALSO where both the
Main Image and the corresponding highlighted thumb cycle automatically on a
timer. Clicking on something would interrupt the timer.

The use I have for this is to show the step-by-step process of creating a
poster, from the original image, to the adding of fonts, to the final color
corrections, etc. and I'm afraid that some people will not think of clicking
on the thumbs (that's why the auto-cycling is needed).

Anyone have a script like this to recommend?

Not really - but I guess you may already know that Photoshop and

Photoshop Elements produce a web sideshow with a lot of options. It
might even be possible to modify the script they produce to your own
needs.

Irfanview (free) also does a sideshow that you can save as an exe - but
that may not be popular with your users. (You can also save it as a
text based list but that isn't a script - it will only work with a copy
of Irfan and the photos - and I don't think there is an option for
thumbnails but I'm not sure.

This and the other Adobe Usenet Groups have been abandoned by Adobe and,
sadly, most of the experts have gone with them to the Adobe Web Forums.
There doesn't seem to be very many left here but somebody might have the
answer yet - if not, why not try the Adobe Forums - either the
Dreamweaver one or, possibly more likely, the Photoshop one.
