Which logo would you choose?

Hi

I just received a mail from a very nice chap that visits this forum, he gave
me some compliments about my good looks and behaviour and looked at a site
I'm creating and told me something about the top left logo.

Which one would you choose?

Okay, I might go with the sun, I'll make it look like the sun first though
Then I'll send the image to that Swedish nerd and ask him to put
sunglasses on it and turn it into a favicon

I prefer the http://www.illademenorca.com/sun.asp
it is somewhat warmer and approachable and balances the page out better,
whereas the other 2 seem cold in respect the image underneath them is too
white/blue, that is only personal preference though.

Neither.
The one without the sun is of course the first loser.
The problem with the two with the "sun" is that the "sun" doesn't look
like a sun, and that it doesn't appear to be in the background. It looks
like a blob in the foreground.
Further on, anything placed with the sun as background rarely (never?)
appears as white. You will get a dark silhouette.
Not saying my suggestion is better, but it might show better what I mean:
