Line up without layers

Hi...

I cannot use layers...I would love to but cannot.

What I need to do is line up a button with a table background image.

I'm using a non-repeating image in the background of the table with buttons
ontop. I NEED to line up the button to the image of the table, pixel
perfect...how can I do this?

With CSS. You can position an image just as if it were a 'layer'.
