Library item update crash

I am have major probelms when updating DW library items in a web page. We have
a very large site with many frequently changing areas. I set up those elements
as library items but when ever I open the library item and make changes, click
update item throughout site DW crashes. I have run the 7.0.1 updater and still
have the same problem. How can this bug be fixed. Any adivce would be muchly
appreciated. Thank you.
