Layout Cells and layer placment

Layout Cells and layer placment - 11-16-2004 , 12:29 AM

I'm new to web building and I made a new layout cell but I can't seem to bring
it forward to over lay it with a layout cell alreay in place. The text and
icons in the new cell are hidden behind the old one. Any tips on how to bring
that layer to the front?
