Then don't use the scroll feature of a layer. It's not cross browser and not
very pretty, in my opinion. Create a DHTML scroller of your own.
At www.projectseven.com there is one called GeeWizz that is worth the money if
you don't know how to create one on your own. Or there are 2 free extensions at
PVII as well (look under extensions for horizontal scroller and vertical
scroller).
