I have not found a way to successfully layer an image on top of another. A background plate was created in photoshop, and now I want to add a logo and other images on top. How can this happen and is there an easy way to move images around freely? |

How can this happen and is there an easy way to move images around freely? Why not just put the main background image in a layer of its own and the logo and other images in layers of their own? You can then move the layers around until you have them positioned where you want them. I feel this is far too simple so it cant be the answer, can it? |

Thanks for your help. I did find something out. When I use page properties and slect an image for the background, that is where I am unable to lock the layers I put on top of it when viewing my html. However, putting the images in their own layers does work. The thing I am still questioning is how I can select a transparent background for a layer. When I insert a layer it comes up with a default of white. Under the color pallet I don't see an option for no background color or transparency. If you know one, please help. Thanks. |
