All Active content on a page will always rise to the top, so to speak,
including Flash, certain form elements, Java applets, and Active X controls.
This means that each of these will poke through layers.
The most practical solution would be to move either the layer or the form so
that they don't conflict.

I have a form on my page as well as a drop down layer I've created that
acts as
a link menu. Within the form I have a list box. Problem is that when the
layer shows up it overlaps everything except for the list box in the form.
The
layer (when visible) is suppose to overlap everything. Can someone tell
me why
the list box appears overtop the layer? |
